N'SIAH

​

Who promotes the chapter? The N'siah, Lana Kataeva!  The N'siah represents our chapter to the CRW region, staff, and other organizations, as they promote regional and chapter involvement and attends execs. They holds bi-weekly chapter meetings (business meetings) and makes themselves easily available to the chapter. They also finds housing for all events, organizes and plans board overnight, elections and installs, and gives mid-states speeches.

S'GANIT

Who oversees the planning of events? The S'ganit's Aleya Beirman! The S'ganit implements the 6 folds into programming while making programming as meaningful and engaging as possible. She adjusts the calendar when necessary and post monthly calendars. She maintains constant communication with the N'siah and event planners, and step in as the highest delegate whenever the N'siah is not present. She also creates a board of chair-girls who take off board leadership and supports them in their projects.

MORAH

Who welcomes perspectives to the chapter? The Morah, Gabby Shore! The Morah maintains the three Rs -Recruitment, Retainment, and Reeducation. She maintains constant parent and alumni communication, as well as communications with perspectives before events. While building a strong young member environment by promoting sisterhood and community, she also strengthens the older member engagement . Throughout her term, she also plans MIT night, as well as inductions and traditions nights.

GIZBORIT

Who plans and executes fundraisers? The Gizborit, Maya Reuven! The Gizborit maintains the chapter bank account along with the advisor, collects payments at events when necessary, and reimburses event planners at an appropriate time. She also sets some of the money for the chapter's scholarship fund, and creates chapter apparel. With these effectual goals set to maintain our chapter's money, anything is possible!

MAZKIRAH

Who finds rides for all events? The Mazkirot Mika Levy! The Mazkirah creates Facebook events for all upcoming events, collects RSVPs for each event, and is in charge of keeping the chapter updated through effective forms of communication. She also makes an accessible chapter and parent roster of rides. Mazkirah also finds ways to reward girls who have given many rides throughout the term. With these effective methods of finding rides that the Mazkirah holds, no one will find themselves without a ride!

YEHUDIA

Who leads Havdalahs? The Yehudia, Jovana Beirman! The Yehudia is in charge of incorporating Judaism into our chapter! Doing so, she plans all shabbat dinners, gives updates about Jewish/ Israeli events during her Yehudia minute in chapter meetings, and plans chapter Kallah alongside the Sh'licha.  Whether it's by the translations of prayers, or through holding multicultural potlucks, one significant goal the Yehudia is planning to carry out this term is to help each girl find her own connection to Judaism.

SH'LICHA

Who incorporates social action and community service into our chapter? The co-Sh'licha, Ariel Maor and Tamar Aharon! The Sh'licha plans community service events for the chapter, works to contribute to the Stand-Up cause of local love, and works with the Yehudia to plan chapter Kallah. Through community service and social action events, not only will sisterhood take on a prominent role in our chapter but also a larger impact on the world around us!

SAFRANIT

Who takes pictures at events? The Safranit, Orian Traister! Safranit not only takes pictures at events but also organizes photoshoots and uploads pictures to the chapters Facebook page. She makes term books and communicates with the Katvanit to add the pictures in monthly newsletters and on this website!   The photos taken by Safranit create a term full of memories we don't want to forget!

KATVANIT

Who takes minutes at chapter meetings? The Katvanit, Evelyn Genna! The Katvanit works with the N'siah to create chapter meetings by incorporating a theme and a short program to go along with it. She presents past minutes at chapter meetings creatively and works with the Mazkirah to deliver important information to the chapter. The Katvanit posts monthly newsletters and updates this website to document the happenings in the chapter for parents and members.

CHAI CHANIT

Who keeps the chapter's pride and happiness? The Chai Chanit, Allie Johnson! The Chai Chanit celebrates members' birthdays and does so creatively. She creates senior appreciation posts with Morah and implements ways to boost the chapter's morale. She also plans PIT (parent in training) event along the N'siah. With these imaginative ways that lift the chapter's pride and happiness, we will have the best morale and engagement in the region.

MADRICHA

Who is a mentor for the chapter? The Madricha, Mai First! The Madricha is a past N'siah who advises the board and the current N'siah, by being very open and accessible. She has a project that she focuses on that meets her overall vision from her terms or the needs of the chapter. With incredible mentoring from our Madricha, our chapter can go above and beyond!

ADVISOR

Who advises the chapter along with the Madricha? The Advisor, Merav Berger! Merav Berger serves as an adult mentor figure for the chapter, guiding teenage girls to become strong and bright young women. In our chapter meetings, there is a section dedicated to our advisor, where she gives us advice or suggestions regarding the chapter's progress. Apart from that, Merav also supports & comfort girls in our chapter and can be a shoulder to cry on. Whether it may be hard or good times she is always there for us!
